These Terms of Service govern your use of the Sollyd IMS website and, where applicable, the Sollyd IMS software. By using our website or service you agree to these terms.

Use of the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.

Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a binding agreement to purchase. It allows us to contact you to arrange a demonstration and discuss your requirements.

Pricing & payment

• The first month of service is provided free of charge.
• In the second month a one-time fee of LKR 50,000 applies, which also waives that month’s monthly fee. This amount may be paid in installments across the first three months.
• From the third month onward, a monthly fee of LKR 10,000 applies.

Specific commercial terms, including any custom requirements, will be confirmed with you directly before you commit.

Intellectual property

All content, branding and software associated with Sollyd IMS remain our property or that of our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website.
